The most "exclusive" photo of the year.

The Brad/Angelina/baby Shiloh pictures are all over the damn internet (try gawker.com or pinkisthenewblog.com) and I for one think it's really really funny, since Time Inc. was bending over backwards, kissing some major ass, and paying through the nose to get the "exclusive print rights". I think it's safe to say that print rights are obsolete. Welcome to the 21st century.

Now, I know that Angelina says that the 4.5 million they got for the photo is going to Unicef (or similar charity) which is all well and good, and I've heard that the Namibians are also collecting big for using their government to keep the press out of the country and away from Angelina. BUT it's all just SO over the top - It's egomaniacal. Do the ends really justify the means? If you *really* wanted privacy, why not just lie and say your due date is early July instead of early June? If you really want privacy wouldn't you do it at your own home (just pick one of the three) rather than rent out an entire country? If you really wanted to contribute to charity wouldn't you just write out a check rather than using your child as the bidding item in some sort of bizarro media auction? I don't understand the celebrities.

And yes, I know there are bigger things going on to care about, such as constitutional amendments promoting hate and descrimination, but I have to limit my time spent thinking about those things or the blood starts dripping from my ears again.

They took the photos off the sites. There must be an injunction somewhere. We wouldn't want to cheat anyone out of their rightfully earned $4.5 million.

Nope it's still on Gawker- but way down- about 3/4 of the way down-the page now. They have part of the lawyer attack posted there too. Gawker contends that their pic of the cover is "thumbnail" sized, and that they cover the media that is covering bragelina.
