I have questions

Have you ever sat down to eat your yogurt with a toddler spoon because you were too lazy to wash your own adult sized utensil? No? Me neither.

Why does it take itunes 3 days to send me an e-mail receipt? Lots and lots of online shops send it instantly, or at least within 24 hours. Don't send me a receipt today for something I bought Friday. I can't remember that far back.

How do you make good cooked carrots? I tried a recipe for a maple syrup glaze thing last night, but it wasn't all that great. Just ok, and not very flavorful. I've liked cooked carrots that I've had at catered events (weddings, corporate dinners) How do I make yummy ones like that at home?

Remember those water paint books? The ones with the pre-printed picture, and you took a paintbrush dipped in water to "paint" them? Do they still make those? I can't find them anywhere...

That is all. For now.
Happy Funkuary! :)

I have a toddler spoon I bought specifically for eating yogurt.

That fact alone should indicate that any other answers I might have are suspect.

Chocolate puding, infant spoon.

Why does the new music Tuesday email get to me Wednesday, consistantly. Why not rename it new music Wednesday.

They cook them in chicken stock. Meat makes everything better.

Dunno, but let me know if you find out.

We're always out of toddler spoons before regular ones.

I actually prefer eating yogurt with a toddler spoon. Is that wrong? It just seems to fit better into the yogurt container. Sad that people without children may never experience that.

Carrots. I don't know about cooking them alone but I have a killer slow cooker pot roast recipe I use and they turn out fantastic. Put your pot roast in your slow cooker, cut up one large onion and place it around the meat, also dump an entire bag of baby carrots around the meat, pour in 1/2 cup water. Then mix up a ranch seasoning mix, italian seasoning mix and brown gravy mix and sprinkle the mix on top of the meat and veggies. Cook on low for six to eight hours. The carrots come out fantastic! It's the only way my husband will eat cooked carrots.

That's all I got!

I put a little honey in the water when I boil the carrots. It helps a lot.

and speaking of spoons, have you ever eaten the ice cream with the woooden spoon? it's not a spoon so much as a mini-paddle.

ice cream just tastes better when eaten with wood. or am i the only one that thinks so?
