Finally! We found someone who would come fix our leaky fireplace chimney, and they are here right now. Yay! There is not much change yet, but things seem to be going well. Not as exciting as the gutter/roof project over at the House of 42 doors, but a relief to me nonetheless.
We might even be able to have a cozy fire or two this winter! (or be huddling around it to avoid wasting money on heat, whatever. same same.)
