First there was that ill-fitting pink dress when she won her Oscar, and now this. Girl needs to find a tailor. I mean it's not like she is super busty or a hard to find size or anything- any old bra should do.
I guess maybe only us tacky, uncouth Americans care about such trivial things as proper foundation garments. She bugs me.

THAT is unattractive.
But speaking as a not-very-busty gal myself, it can be hard to find a bra that fits well even at those small cup sizes.
I keep looking back at that picture and going, "Ew!"
Also, can I nominate "She bugs me." as official AKJ Understatement of 2008? :)
Good god, they're small, there are no excuses given the resources she has (like she could afford custom made shapewear) for droopy mini boob.
What about that boob tape? They are so small that she easily could have used that!
