Happy New Year!

What the hell, I'm home, it's New Year's eve, let's review.

  • Favorite Moment in your life this year? Telling Attila she was going to have a new baby sister- she was so surprised and happy.
  • Favorite Story in the news? Probably the Chilean Miners
  • Favorite Movie? I only saw a couple in the theater... maybe Harry Potter?
  • Favorite Song? The Curse by Josh Ritter. Love.
  • Favorite Album? Too many; Mumford & Sons, Brandi Carlisle, Avett Brothers
  • Favorite Book? Hunger Games (I know, I know- but really it was good!)
  • Favorite new TV Show? Parenthood or Modern Family
  • Favorite new gadget? My new Canon camera, but I love my phone too.
  • Favorite new recipe? Huh. I am completely stumped and can't think of a thing at the moment...
  • Most fun thing you did? Going to Sedona, AZ with Bullinger.
  • Best decision you made? Firing a teacher that I hated working with. I should have done it long before.
  • Thing you are most looking forward to in the new year? Driving a mini-van, that will be so hot ;)

Don't listen to him! SUVs suck more than just gas, and you'll be glad for the sliding doors.

Bah...sliding doors, schmliding doors. That's the talk of a man who's lost the will to live! This is the car for you. http://bit.ly/9WAVvG

Neat link, Big D-- but I'm pretty sure that three car seats won't fit across the back seat...

Bah. Just do what my parents did...one of the kids rides in the "way back" sans restraint. :D

Or try this. http://bit.ly/d437in

Seven-passenger seating. All-wheel drive. Luxurious. Tasteful. And you can get the clean diesel to defeat Jayson's gas-sucker criticisms (which isn't difficult anyway given that he'll have to drive his Prius 500,000 miles to off-set all the CO2 created in mining and shipping the exotic materials for his environmentally toxic non-recyclable batteries). ;)
