Easy come, easy go

Holy crap it was actually 40 degrees today! It was awesome- I wish I had gone outside sooner, but since the library was closed today we stayed in and had a pajama morning and didn't get dressed until after nap time. Attila tore up the house and I got some office work done. I'm in the midst of getting a big mail piece ready to go out and it's a bit of a pain. But the good news is that it is at the printers, and so almost done.
Attila has figured out how to climb on the furniture. So far, she's climbed the ottoman, the loveseat, and the comfy chair in the front room. Oh and her rocking chair, which she stood up on over the weekend and nearly gave her poor dad a heart attack when she fell off backwards. Whoops! Child won't take more than one teeny tiny little step on her own, but climbing vertically is apparently big fun.
I've been working some extra hours the past two weeks, one of our teachers is out of commission, so I've been covering her classes. Hopefully, she will be back by this next week, since I am not sure that teaching at 4 schools is a schedule I can keep up with. I mean, I could if I have to, (because yay! for extra money) but it's not my first choice. Yeah, it's only 15 hours a week, but 12 of it is on the weekend. And there is this guy who lives here with me, and I guess he stays home on those days. He seems like a really nice guy, and I would maybe like to spend some time with him someday. He's pretty cute too.
