I can't believe I forgot to mention the Grasshopper ice cream! OMG- sooo good! and creamy! and made with heavy cream! But, we had to shake and roll the ice cream ball first, so we totally burnt of any excess with the pre-dessert bicep curls. ;) It was very very delicious. I can now see why the ice cream ball is always on the A-list.
I also forgot to mention the *ahem* "entertainment" in the campground on Saturday evening. Some woman was apparently having an enjoyable time in a naked sort of way. OR she wanted us all to think that she was having an enjoyable time. Or she was just drunk. I have to admit that I really didn't catch on to what was going on at first, I just vaguely heard some annoying woman's voice, and then SB said, "I wish that woman would shut-up!" and what do you know? It was like mating season on Wild Kingdom a few sights over. It was really annoying, but then Pusher said, "Think of the Boy Scouts!" (who were also camping in the park) and we all got the giggles. The woman just kept going on and on and on in a ridiculous way- and we couldn't stop laughing. Then we heard shouts of "shut up" and "knock it off" being yelled at them and THEN the baby started crying. (some other family had an infant camping with them)- and the irony of that was just too much. It was like getting free HBO.
oh yeah, my shipment from South Dakota arrived:
204 Diet Black Cherry Vanilla Cokes. If I only have one a day- I can make it through the end of February...Just sayin'. Thanks Kashka!!!
In response to the comments:
Water skiing is a great idea! I've only ever tried it once before and never got up to standing. I think it's much harder than it looks, and requires upper body strength. (Kashka's going to have to teach me how to do some chin ups...)
Ms.H-do your in laws have one of those big water trampolines? Because it is a dream of mine to jump on one of those and if we can work that into the water skiing weekend all the better! :)

I'm sorry to say they don't have one of those big water trampolines, but that sounds fun! Maybe we can track one down by then - who knows.
And a note to Kashka - I have to say that while there is no CFI in the nearby big town, there are several other options... a super f-ing 8, a best f-ing western, an economy f-ing inn... :)
Hee hee I like how you keep it clean even in the comments Ms. H! :)
There has to be someone I know who has one of those water tramp things...I'll have to see if I can track one down over the next year.
