The day after Halloween is apparently like New Year's Day for the under 14 set. All the kids in classes today were grumpy, or late, or had a headache or a stomachache or some other problem due to staying up too late and eating way too much sugar. It was fun.
Pumpkin Butt
Pumpkin Face- we went Freestyle this year- I was too lazy to do a fancy stencil.
Attila helped.
Our neighborhood is great on Halloween- there is nobody who does over the top decorating or anything, but just about every house participates and there are kids all over- we probably had 75-100 kids last night. My parents came over to help hand out the candy and to go TorTing. Dude and Papa took Attila to 5-6 houses when she declared on her own "I have enough, Let's go to my house"
What? Done already???
They brought her back and we looked at her loot, decided there wasn't enough to share with mommy and daddy and then we convinced her to try a little bit more. Again we went to 4-5 houses and she was done. "I all done!" she said. Ok, who are you and where is my daughter? Last year she cried when we came up the driveway! This year, I think she just wanted to get home so she could rip into those lollipops. Goofball.
Still we had a great time. Halloween is definitely my favorite holiday these days.

I all done?! What's up with that? Mine would have gone longer, but it was getting late for Penguin, who usually hits the hay about 6:30, plus Mommy's arms were getting tired holding her since she didn't have the concentration to walk because she was eating a lollipop.
Hey, you're NaBloPoMo-ing, too! Hooray! I'm looking forward to stealing lots... um, I mean, reading lots of fun posts here at the Bus O' Love!
BTW, do you want WF over at Recipeeps4Us this month? I mean, it could totally count for your Wed posts if you want. If you don't, I can certainly do them, but I figured I better check.
