Here's my point of view: 
AKA: I used to have feet.
(Sorry it's out of focus- it's harder to take this angle than I thought it would be.)
Had an appointment yesterday- still dilated to 2 cm- no progress from last week. Baby is still in the same spot. All looks good and the midwife thinks I will probably make it to my due date- if not go right past it.
With Attila, I had no dilation at all until contractions started, so it's kind of nice to make a little progress. I think maybe we will get take-out from India Palace on Sunday night... that seemed to help last time. ;)

My mother (who did this a dozen times) swears by good old fashioned floor scrubbing...
