This reminds me of a picture of my sister when she was little, with her umbrella on a wet sidewalk. One of my mom's favs.
Nice! She's adorable, and I love the splashy one.
LOVE the wellies (rain boots... I've always called them wellies because mom is british and that's the only word I know them by)! Is your girl obsessed with umbrellas? Avery constantly wants to carry her umbrella and open it in the house and buildings and I'm too superstitious for it. I love, love, love a rainy day.
