Have you ever met a person named Spencer that you actually liked? How about a Preston?

Spencer. no.
BUT one of my best friends from freshman year - and well until he transferred to the main U was named Preston. Though, He went by P.J. and I of course, called him "Peej".
WHY?
I can't think of any Spencers, but one of Mr. Kluges's BFF from HS has a brother named Preston. Oh, wait, I think it's the BFF's sister's husband. But he worked at my FIL's company. ...but I'd have to say I'm very neutral on him, as I obviously don't really know him! :)
I don't know if I've met either a Spencer or a Preston.
The guy who owns the trailer next to my folks up at the lake is a Spencer. I don't know him all that well, but he and my mom harrass each other all the live-long day, so yeah, I like him.
Probably best I don't know any Spencers, since I remain far too tempted to ask them if they are "for hire."
Considering my place of employment, I'm actually surprised to say that I've only known one Spencer and no Prestons. The Spencer kid was a likeable kid. The not so likeable kids with rich kid names: Rhett and Piper.
I dated a Spencer that was pretty cool. I don't know any Prestons but i knew two guys with Preston as a middle name in high school.
