Slow blog week

Sorry it's been slow around here. Been busy corralling 30-ish kids into a musical production. Last week went great though so that is good. Just one more week to go, but it's already time to start thinking about the next term again. Yikes! So not ready for that. I kept thinking that if I could just get through the summer workshop that I could relax a little bit, but that is not how it goes, I have to start advertising for Fall.
Anyway- for your enjoyment, a scene from last week;

Child: Jen, What are we going to do after lunch?
Jen: First we are going to do some ACTing, (said dramatically) then we are going to do some Singing(said in a singing voice), then we are going to do some (*busts out in a graceful dance move*).
Child: (gives me a blank look) um... Running???
Jen: NO! Not running, Dancing! we are going to do some dancing.
Child: oooOOOOooohhh!

Perhaps I need some new dance moves, eh?

Have you been watching the World Series of Pop Culture on VH1? Totally addictive. Also, the questions are tough, which makes me proud when I actually know an answer, but at the same time, I am ok when I don't know an answer, because the people who do know them all have clearly spent too much time with their TV/Movies and possibly don't have much of a social life/career. You can try some of the trivia here. (though it's really nothing like the show)
