An internet affair

This has been going on for a long time now. We had never met in person. I had only seen pictures of you online. I read your well written description and it immediately caught my interest. You were so hip and cool and it seemed like we had a lot in common. It seemed like you would just "fit"--like you had a sense of humor and honestly, you were just so cute. And after having a baby, I guess I was looking for a little something different. Something better. Before I knew it, even though it went against everything I wanted to believe about myself, I was lusting for you from afar. I was following you all over the internets. Watching you. Stalking you. Watiting for the opportunity to make you mine. Eventually I stopped caring what people would think. I just had to have you, at any price.

Today (while my husband is out of town) we finally met for the first time. You arrived with the mail and I was so happy! You are everything I could have imagined and more. Already I can tell that you and I are perfect together and I know you will always be there to support me and schlep Attila's diapers. If loving you is wrong, I don't want to be right.
