I am trying to play it all cool- but this owning your own business thing is hard/weird/exciting/and a little stressful. I have always prided myself on doing my own taxes. Even the self-employment ones- and I've always handeled them just fine. (which is surprising, since I am not great at math, but I handle the filling out forms/following the directions part and then Dude checks the math and it seems to work out pretty well.)
But this year, I am a corporation.
Hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!
(That is just about the funniest thing ever.)
So now, I have to file forms for my independent contractors so that they will get 1099 forms in the mail. But I just did it- Online! And it wasn't even that hard- a little freaky - but now that I have done it, I feel so relieved!
Let's all just hope and pray that I did it correctly, mmmkay? ;)

My folks were incorporated for a while for farm purposes. I hope your board meetings are exciting as theirs were:
