2 outfit changes for me
3 outfit changes for Attila
4 new cuss words invented
5 minutes to regroup
6 ounces of soda spilled all over the front seat of the car and the toddler*
7 minutes with a happily occupied child (thankgod!)
8 books checked out at the library
9 angry glares as I barged through the DVD section with a whiny squirmy child
10 seconds in the car and she fell asleep- thankfully, it was already post nap time, so it was a bonus.
11 miles to take the very scenic way home just so I could enjoy the snoozing.
(*No, I wasn't giving the toddler soda, it was in the cup holder and I guess had left a small amount of pop in the can. She was in the front seat to keep her occupied while I reinstalled the car seat in the back.)

She spilled 6 ounces of bcvdc? Or was it something less valuable? And more importantly, was it diet... because at least then its less sticky.
No, it wasn't my BCVDC! Just regular old diet coke. I was pretty frustrated at first, but the look of surprise on her face (that was dripping with diet coke) was just so funny that I had to laugh.
Every once in a while I consider adopting a kid while I'm in China. Then I read stuff like this and reconsider. Wog thanks you. =)
