We made it to March! I swear that the sky actually looked different today- the angle of the sun is changing. Yes, yes, I know there is probably still a snowstorm headed our way- but it melts quickly, and at least the temps will all be above zero from here on out.
I am going to give this list thing that Jen told me about a shot. You are supposed to post a list every day for the month of March. I am a list maker anyway, and I always want to post more frequently. Also, if there is a bandwagon? I am usually on it (if not running behind it shouting "Wait for me! take me!"). I wouldn't say that I am a conformist or anything- just highly open to suggestion. Easily swept up in the moment. So if you've got an idea for a list or two, let me know.
Great things about March
- Shamrock shake time (I even thought of this before reading Kashka's post)
- I am no longer working 10 hour Saturdays
- I get a Saturday off!
- Cadbury Eggs
- Daylight Savings time (I hate losing an hour to spring ahead, but oh how I love that it's lighter later in the day)
- I like the color green
- The St. Patrick's Day parade
- Soon it will be warm enough to go for a walk. outside. without boots!
- Girl Scout cookies
- Everyone is in a better mood. It's palpable.
**Do you think it's an issue that 3 of my 10 things are food items? (and I left out Irish soda bread) My poor brain (not to mention my ass) is still in hibernation mode.

How about a list of songs that you wish were included with Rock Band? I thought of that while I was doing a totally amazing job of singing along to Semisonic's "Closing Time" in the car today.
i am so with you on listing 10.
i tried only listing 3 or five things but it just felt incomplete and more than 10 just seems less like a list and more like an obsession.
did you add your name to the master list at nablopomo? i'm doing this on the honor system. i didn't so i'm counting on you to keep me on my toes!
i would give you some suggestions but i might need them for myself by the time this nonsense rolls to an end!!

Mmmmmm,,, Cadbury Creme Eggs,,, mmmmm. I always look forward to the day after Valentine's Day so I can go to the grocery store and stock up. Unfortunately, it seems half of the population has caught on and is doing the same. And girl scout cookies!!!! Okay, it's sad that I only respond to your items about food.
I particulaly like items 4 and 9 myself. I suppose you could tell if you knew me....
