Stopped at the Library today. Attila is learning the fine art of switching from the noisy children's area to the much quieter rest of the library. There is some shushing and reminding from me. Today she just wasn't getting it, and I was looking for something in particular. Finally I set her up on a stool with one of the little pencils and some paper. The pencil poked through it and the paper ripped. She yelled, "Dammit!" - definitely not in her library voice.
After our hasty retreat, we got in the car and she says "Please turn on the A/C Mama, I am hot!" So I asked her, "Do you know what A/C means?"
She said, "It means we are too hot!"
Well then. Can't argue with that.

That is funny!
I wonder if there's A/C in hell... since that's where you're going for letting your daughter shout four letter words in the library!
;) Tee hee.
That's too funny!
Brutal. The kid will burn you, Jen. Watch her. (this is Josh, btw. the old blog is dead, check out my new daddy blog!)
